Access your sky123 account settings to update personal information, enable two-factor authentication (2FA), and manage responsible gambling tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, and session break reminders.
The sky123 login process is designed to get you in fast without compromising your security. We know that when a match is just minutes away, the last thing you need is a complicated login. That's why we offer two straightforward options — sign in with your username and password as usual, or use an OTP sent directly to your Malaysian phone number.
SMS OTP is a hugely popular login method among Malaysian players who use their mobile phone as their primary device. No password to remember — simply enter your phone number, wait for the six-digit code, and you're in your sky123 account in under a minute. Easy, fast and secure.
For added security, sky123 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings after logging in. 2FA adds an extra layer of protection that ensures only you can access your sky123 account — even if your password falls into the wrong hands.
Sky123 staff will never ask for your password, OTP, or financial details via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or live chat. If you receive any such request, stop the conversation immediately and report it to our support team at support@sky123.biz.
Every sky123 login session is end-to-end encrypted using TLS 1.3 — the same industry-leading security standard used by Malaysian online banking.
Enable two-factor authentication from your account settings to ensure that even if someone else knows your password, your sky123 account remains inaccessible without the OTP code sent to your phone.
If your sky123 account is accessed from an unrecognised device or location, we will send a notification to your email and phone number so you can act immediately if it wasn't you who logged in.
Download the sky123 app for Android or iOS and enjoy a faster login experience with biometric authentication support on compatible devices.
Whether you log in with a password or SMS OTP, the sky123 login process takes under a minute. Here's how easy it is:
Select the "Password" tab to log in with your usual username and password, or choose the "SMS OTP" tab for a passwordless login — ideal for mobile users.
For the password method: enter your username or phone number along with your password. For the OTP method: enter your Malaysian phone number and the six-digit code sent via SMS within seconds.
Once verification is successful, you'll be taken straight to your sky123 account dashboard where all your games, promotions, account balance, and transaction history are ready and waiting. Welcome back to sky123!
Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login form. You will receive a reset link to your email or an OTP code to your phone number to set a new password.
Make sure the phone number you entered is an active Malaysian number. Check your SMS folder. If the code still hasn't arrived within two minutes, click "Resend" or contact sky123 support.
If your username or phone number isn't recognised by the sky123 system, you may be entering details that differ from what you used at registration. Try the email address you signed up with, or contact our support team.
Multiple consecutive incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account as a security measure. Contact sky123 support via 24/7 live chat for immediate assistance unlocking your account.
There are over 850,000 reasons why Malaysian players choose to log in to sky123 every day — and most of them come down to an experience you simply can't find anywhere else. Live Sports Betting on sky123 is something different; it's not just about placing a bet and waiting for the result, but truly being part of the match — watching the odds shift in real time as the game unfolds and seizing opportunities the moment they arise.
Malaysian players who follow the Malaysia Super League will know that sky123 offers the most comprehensive coverage of local matches — from Selangor FC to Johor Darul Ta'zim, from JDT to Kuala Lumpur City FC. Our odds for domestic leagues are competitive with international markets, and we provide match statistics to help you make more informed betting decisions.
Sky123 makes serious investments in security infrastructure to protect every member's account. Our 24/7 monitoring system detects suspicious activity and responds automatically — for example, if a login attempt is made from an unfamiliar country or from an IP associated with fraudulent activity, the system blocks it instantly before it can affect your account.
We also conduct regular independent security audits by internationally accredited cybersecurity firms. This ensures any system vulnerabilities are identified and resolved promptly — long before they can be exploited by bad actors. Your account security is an investment we never compromise on.
Over 80% of sky123 logins happen on mobile — a figure that reflects how Malaysian players integrate our platform into their daily lives.
